Baleigh Purcell-Beauchamp, RMT

Baleigh completed her massage therapy training at Eastern College and has been practicing since 2020. Her approach is client-centred — each treatment is tailored to the individual, whether the goal is relief from chronic pain, recovery from injury, or relaxation.

Our Approach

Every treatment is individualized. Depending on your needs, your session may draw on a range of techniques, including:

  • Therapeutic and relaxation massage — General treatment to relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.

  • Chronic pain management — Tailored treatment for long-standing or recurring pain.

  • Cupping therapy — Helps release tight muscles and improve circulation.

  • RAPID NeuroFascial Reset — A neurologically-focused technique for treating chronic pain and soft tissue tension.

  • Prenatal massage — Safe, comfortable massage for expectant patients.

  • TMJ-focused massage — Targeted treatment of the jaw and surrounding muscles to relieve tension associated with TMD.

Massage therapy appointments are available in the following lengths:

This treatment is targeted towards the jaw and facial muscles This appointment length is for maintenance and follow-up care, and can include intra-oral work

Note: A 45 minute or 60 minute initial appointment is required before booking a 30 minute appointment as this appointment length is only available to existing patients.

❋ 30 minutes - $75.00 +HST

For new patients seeking TMJ focused treatment. The purpose of this appointment is to review health history, perform assessment of jaw, neck, and contributing structures Treatment may include neck and upper back work, chest and anterior neck work, and work focused on external jaw and facial muscles. Intra-oral massage may be included, if appropriate and consented.

❋ 45 minutes - $95.00 +HST

A 60-minute treatment allows time to address two or more areas of the body, most commonly the back, neck, shoulders, and face/jaw. This appointment length is ideal for a more comprehensive treatment and can be tailored to your specific areas of tension or concern.

❋ 60 minutes - $115.00 +HST
